The April Challenge will be a double challenge! You have a choice of making and submitting a belt or something made with rubber.
The same rules apply:
1. 3 entries per person.
2. The entries must have an element of chainmaille to them - You can choose to do either a belt, or a piece that uses rubber. Or a belt with rubber. You don't have to do both unless you want to.
3. This challenge will run until April 30, 2012

I had a great idea for a belt too. SO if I could get the supplies and everything by the time this is ready, if it takes the win, I'm doing a happy dance!

I wish I had the patience to sit and make a belt... not to mention the supplies. I saw an awesome one in the M.A.I.L.L.E. belt contest made of tiffany. I wouldn't mind having one made with rondo a la byz, either. or GSG, though it might be a bit thin. I haven't figured out the HP sheets fully yet, or an HP3S5 would be awesome.
Oh the ideas... *le sigh*

I really wanted to do a Rondo a la Byzantine belt with a gypsy flair... But yeah supplies would kill me. But it would look so hot when finished... If it ever got finished, that is.

I have been bad and not woven much at all just because classes have been so strenuous. I hope that now, as I start my Sophomore year, that I will be able to have a bit of free time.

I think I need a supply order.... I hope that I will be able to work something, this time. Between school and figuring on moving, I have been very uncreative.

I hear ya. The only thing I have been able to do was a couple pair of earrings. It is not helping that my depression is rearing its ugly head again.
I do however, have an idea for a belt that I hope I can get things working for it.
